The villa is located in Altea (Altea Hills urbanization), on a plot with a very steep slope where we can find impressive views towards the sea. It is a modern style house with voluminous concrete curves and glass facades. Outside are used masonry stone and porcelain materials in gray tones for maximum integration into the landscape.

The house is developed on three floors: first floor, ground floor and basement. The day rooms are located on the first floor with a spacious living room and kitchen that overlooking the terraces and a large infinity pool with a chill out area. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an office and a large garage for cars, motorcycles and bicycles. The house has spacious covered and open terraces, and it has south orientation that able enjoying the views that open to the sea. The project is designed by the architecture studio RGB Arquitectos.
