Villa Lucia is located on the mountain, on a 1075 m² plot in Altea. The house has an access floor, first floor and ground floor. The modern style house with sinuous lines on the facade. According to the forms of the land the house will become a dynamic element and is adopted in a landscape. On the first floor we find the public spaces living room and kitchen with open sea views and the exit in the chill out area with jacuzzi and a huge infinity pool. The villa includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a cloakroom. The areas are spacious with lots of natural light. The project is designed by the architecture studio RGB Arquitectos.
