Spacious villa with modern design is located in an elevated position with stunning sea views and very close to the beautiful beaches of Palma de Mallorca.

The villa is integrated into the terrain and has different levels. Access to the house is from the roof floor where we can find two parking spaces and an open terrace. The first floor has a kitchen, with a large living room, with access to an open terrace next to the pool. The lower level is a night area, here we find a master bedroom, a living room and two en-suite bedrooms. The basement floor has a spacious storage room, laundry room and area for machine room.

Next to the main house we find a staircase in the garden that leads to an independent studio apartment. The project is designed by the architecture studio Luis Ros Blanes.
