Architect by the Superior Technical School of Architecture of Valles Barcelona.

During his professional life he has carried out the direction and execution of construction projects in national level. His portfolio contains public and private projects of different volume. He has an extensive experience to work in the specific field of high-quality houses, rehabilitation and with large architectural projects.

Holding positions of responsibility as Site Manager and Head of Construction Cost Estimator’s Department in national companies.

Javier has a great capacity to define the objectives and priorities, makes the decisions with the well-considered and appropriate allocation of resources, laying the foundations to achieve the execution of the worksites in a timely manner, as well as in the direction of multidisciplinary teams in all types of Construction Works.
