One of our last projects we delivered, has been nominated as “Building of the Year 2020 by ArchDaily” in the Interior Architecture category. Thanks to the collaboration with the internationally renowned studio of interior design and architecture in Valencia, Fran Silvestre Arquitectos<\/strong><\/a>. It is a comprehensive reform project of a penthouse <\/strong><\/a> in the Costa Blanca by the ENE Construcci\u00f3n\u2019s team.<\/p>\n

First floor is a display of the day, endless space of white sparkling marble. Here we can find living room and the kitchen. Also, in the middle of the area as a central composition we can find a white cube. It looks like it is “floating” in the air, as an architectural idea for the design of the staircase, which makes up a single ensemble between the first and second floors.<\/p>\n

On the second floor it is the night area, we find the huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Also one more bedroom with en-suite and an extensive dressing room. The upper floor was designed as a game of counteraction, day and night, white and black and, as the culmination, a stunning view of the bay of Altea.
