Modern and minimalist style villa, located in a green and quiet area, surrounded by vineyard fields and very close to the city center of Denia.

The house is situated on a flat plot of 744 m2 with views to the vineyards and the mountains. The villa has two levels: ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor we find a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a room with views of the pool and garden, as well as a large outdoor green area: covered and uncovered terraces and a chill out area next to the pool.
First floor is a night area, here we find three double bedrooms all with en suite, also an access to huge open terrace with views of the countryside and the mountains.

The house has a garage and spaces for outdoor parking. The project is designed by the architecture studio Reme Giner Arquitectura.
